Last Updated: February 12, 2008

This Website ("Site") is an Internet property of WebWorks, a division of Site Central, LLC ("we," "us"). Your privacy is important to us. In this statement we explain our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. We will use reasonable efforts to make this statement available via a link on our homepage and elsewhere on our site for easy reference.

Our Site may not be used by persons under eighteen (18) years of age, or persons who are not residents of the United States. Persons in these categories must not disclose any information to us, or use this Site. We do not knowingly solicit or collect information from persons under eighteen (18) years of age or who are not United States residents. We define "United States" as the fifty (50) states, plus U.S. territories, including the Midway Islands, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Virgin Islands, Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau and Guam.

This statement applies to all information collected or submitted on this Site and sites under common ownership with the Site, including without limitation SourceBright.com, and MembersHelpdesk.net, to which we may provide links within the Site. Cookies and Clear gifs
You must allow cookies and pop-up windows to be active on your system to participate in our Program. Cookies are small pieces of information stored on your hard drive. Cookies do not spy on you or otherwise invade your privacy, and they cannot invade your hard drive and steal information. Rather, they help you navigate a website as easily as possible.

Our Site utilizes cookies to collect information about how our Site is used. Information gathered from cookies may include the date and time of visits, the Site pages viewed, time spent at our Site and the websites that you visited just before and just after your visit to our Site. If you do not wish to transmit "cookie" information about yourself, you may turn off the cookie function in your web browser. Please consult the "Help" section of your web browser in order to correctly turn off or disable the cookie functions. However, turning off or disabling the cookie functions on your web browser may prevent our system from properly recognizing you when you visit our Site, and consequently may make your participation in our Program more difficult or invalid.

Our Site's servers also automatically identify your computer by its IP address, which is a unique string of numbers that is assigned to your computer by your Internet service provider. IP addresses are automatically logged by web servers, collecting information about a user's traffic patterns. While the IP address does not identify an individual by name, it may, with the cooperation of the ISP, be used to locate and identify an individual using the Internet. Your IP address can, however, reveal what geographic area you are connecting from, or which ISP you are using. Your IP address may be used to address problems with our server, administer our Site and/or to gather broad demographic information about our Members. Finally, the other websites that you visit have IP addresses, and we may collect the IP addresses of those websites and their pages, as well.

In addition, for the purpose of formatting and delivering future campaigns, we may employ pixel tags (also known as clear gifs) to track: 1) the pages that our users visit on affiliate and/or partner websites; and 2) user openings of, and clicks on, our targeted email advertising.

We reserve the right to employ user source information, including applicable category and interest(s). This source information may be shared with our third party marketing partners. We reserve the right to retain cookie and pixel tag data indefinitely.

The Way We Use Information
Generally, we will use information collected on this Site to contact the consumer in response to consumer-initiated inquiries, to provide services requested by the consumer, to alert consumers to changes in services or features, and to provide consumers with requested information regarding us or our services.

Our Site is supported by advertising. Before you enter the Members' Area of our Site, we will display some third-party advertisements and surveys to you. Your registration information may be automatically inserted into the online advertising forms, but your information will not be shared with the advertisers unless you affirmatively choose for the advertisers to receive your information.

We do not automatically share your information with third parties. We will not rent, sell, or otherwise transmit your information to any third parties without your consent.

We will not put you on any marketing lists, but if you want to add your email address to our Unsubscribe list to remove yourself from any future notices about our website, see below for instructions on how to add yourself to our Unsubscribe list.

Data Collection Practices by Third Party Advertisers and Marketers
You can access certain third party advertiser and marketer websites through our Site. When you opt to enter into a transaction with, receive information from or provide information to such third party advertisers or marketers, you may be doing so through the third party websites of such third party advertisers or marketers. These third party advertisers, marketers and associated websites have separate privacy and data collection practices and we assume no responsibility relating to them.

We do not endorse, nor are we liable for the accuracy of, the privacy policies and/or terms and conditions of each of the third party advertisers and marketers that may advertise or post promotional items at the Site. Entities that may advertise, promote goods or services, and/or place banner ads at the Site, including these third party advertisers and marketers, are independent third parties and are not affiliated with us.

You should read the privacy policies of such third party websites to make sure that you agree to their terms before using such websites. If you wish to opt out of receiving mailings from such third party advertisers and/or marketers, you must do so directly with such third party advertisers and/or marketers, or as otherwise provided on or through their respective websites.

Group Aggregate Data
We reserve the right to provide aggregate or group data about our Site users for lawful purposes. Aggregate or group data is data that describes the demographics, usage, or characteristics of our Site users as a group, without disclosing their personal information.

Security
We endeavor to safeguard and protect our users' information. When users submit information at this Site, such information is protected both online and offline. The servers in which we store our users' personal information are kept in a secure physical environment. We have security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of personal information under our control.

Currently, we do not require any payments for access to our Members' Area, and therefore do not protect or secure credit card or other payment transactions. We may provide links to independent third party sites that require such payments, but we do not accept any liability for the security of credit card or other data transmitted to such third parties.

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Children's Privacy
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our Site from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our Site is structured to attract anyone under 13.

How You Can Access Or Correct Your Information
If you wish to access, delete or correct the information that you have provided to us through this Site, please contact us through the "Contact Us" section of our Site, via email or through written request to the Customer Service Manager at the address listed below. Your California Privacy Rights
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents who have provided personal information to us or our third party advertisers and marketing partners to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Within thirty days of receiving such a request, we will provide a list of the categories of personal information disclosed to third parties for third party direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year, along with the names and addresses of these third parties. This request may be made no more than once per calendar year. Please note, however, that since we do not share your information with third parties, the report that we send back to you will state that.

We do update our policy from time to time without notice so please check back periodically. Changes to the Privacy Policy will be posted on this Site and the effective date of the policy will be modified to reflect the effective date of the most recent version.
